* Bring oil temperature to 350*F. |
|
* Place "Tostones" (about 30 pcs) in frying rack |

* Fry for 2 minutes (minimum internal temperature of 165*F). |
|
* Remove plantains "tostones" from frying rack and place in serving
pan. |
