* Need a large pot with rapidly boiling water. |
|
* Boil frozen tamales for approximately 35 minutes |
|
(Minimal internal temperature of 165*F) |
|
* Carefully remove from pot and place in serving pan with some
tamale water. |
|
|
|
Product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.
Turn product every |

half hour to avoid dryness. |
