Tamal En Hoja (Tamales in Husk)Recipe

INGREDIENTS:                    
Ground corn. Pork, corn meal, water, onion, green peppers, tomato paste, red peppers, salt, dehydrated 
garlic, wine,  spices, paprika.  
 
                       
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:    Boil  Frozen
                       
* Need a large pot with rapidly boiling water.
* Boil frozen tamales for approximately 35  minutes
          (Minimal internal temperature of 165*F)
* Carefully remove from pot and place in serving pan with some tamale water.
 
Product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.  Turn product every
half hour to avoid dryness.
