Empanadas De Soya (Picante)Recipe

Unbaked Soy Patties (Spicey)

INGREDIENTS:                
FILLING:  water, textured soya concentrate,onions, vegetable food starch, seasoning [culture whey powder, salt, soup
base (dextrose, salt, cornstarch, hydrolyzed vegetable protein [soybean], vegetable shortening [contains partially  
hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil], onions, spices, caramel color, garlic]   Flavoring (soy sauce (water, extract   
of soya beans, wheat flour, sugar, salt mushroom), spices, caramel color, garlic powder).
                   
CRUST:  enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, ribo-
fkavin,  folic acid, enzyme), whole wheat flour, water, maragine,  (partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, salt, mono and 
diglycerides, artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitrate], sugar, salt, extractives of annatto and turmeric.
                   
 
                     
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
CONVENTION OVEN:   PREHEAT OVEN 350F.  PLACE PATTIES ON A BAKING SHEET PAN
(DO NOT OVERLAP EACH OTHER).   BAKE FOR  20 MINUTES OR UNTIL INTERNAL
TEMPERATURE REACHES 165 F.
                     
(CRUST IS FIRM TO THE TOUCH AND LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN COLOR)
                     
After baking, the product  should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.
Product should be rotated every hour to avoid dryness.
