Arroz Mejicano (Mexican Rice) Recipe

INGREDIENTS:              
Water, rice, onions,carrots, red peppers, green peppers,peas, tomato paste,chicken fat, salt,corn,
jalapeno pepper, sugar, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated parsley, spices.
                   
                   
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:    Defrost in cooler 24 hrs before boiling.
                     
*  Prepare  a large pot with rapidly boiling water.
*  Boil thawed  product  for approximately 12 minutes 
          (Minimal internal temperature of 165*F)
*  Remove from pot and carefully cut one corner of the bag with scissors.
*  Empty contents into serving pan. 
The  product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.  Stir the 
product every half hour.   Product maybe refreshed with hot water.
