Croquetas De Jamon (Ham Croquettes)Recipe

INGREDIENTS:  

 Filling:    Ham with water added (cured with water dextrose, sodium phosphate, 

sadim ascorbate, sodium nitrite), water, wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin, rivoflavin, folic acid),
rendered pork fat, textured vegetable protein (soy flour, caramel coloring), bread crumbs (see
below), onion, non fat dry milk, salt, dihydrated garlic, paprika, spices. 
Breading:  Bread crumbs (enriched flour, ferroussulfate, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, floc acid),
water, corn syrup, yeast, butter milk, partially hydrogenated, shortening containing soybean 
and/or cottonseed dough onditioner (mono & diglycerides, ethoxylated mono & deglycerides), 
vinegar, calcium, propionate (preservative), malted barley flour, yeast (ammonium sulfate and
potassium bromate).
Batter:  Water, enriched bleached wheat flour, (niacin, iron,. Thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid),
                corn starch, corn flour, salt. 
 
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :   Deep Fry Frozen 
 
* Bring oil temperature to 325*F.
* Place croquettes in frying rack (estimate amount of croquettes according to size of rack) 
* Fry  for 3 minutes or until golden brown (minimum internal temperature of 165*F).
* Remove  product  from frying rack and  place in serving pan.
                       
After frying, the product must  be kept in the hot case and maintained above 
140*F.   Product should be rotated every hour to avoid dryness.
