Galdo Gallego (Galacian Soup)Recipe

INGREDIENTS:                
Water, ham water added (cured with: water, salt, dextrose, sodium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, sodium 
nitrite), white beans, collard greens, potatoes, onions, chorizo (pork, salt, lactose, paprika, water, sugar,
maltodextrin, wine, isolated soy protein, spices, garlic powder, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite), salt,
modified corn starch, unto (salted pork rind), dehydrated garlic, spices.   
                     
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:   
DEFROST 24 HRS IN COOLER BEFORE MICROWAVING
 
*   Place unopened defrosted bag in microwave. 
*   Heat on high temperature for 10 minutes (165*F minimum internal temperature)
*  Carefully cut one corner of the bag with scissors.
*  Empty contents into serving pan. 
 
The  product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.  Stir the 
product every half hour.   Product maybe refreshed with hot water.
