Bacalao Ala Biscaina (Fish Stew)Recipe

INGREDIENTS:                  
Alaskan pollock, potatoes(cooked with salt, calcium chloride, calcium disodium 
edta), water, onions, green peppers, tomato paste, red peppers, cooking wine, olive oil and/or
corn oil, modified corn starch, salt, dehydrated garlic, vinegar, spices.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:   
DEFROST 24 HRS IN COOLER BEFORE MICROWAVING
 
*   Place unopened bag in microwave. 
*   Heat on high temperature for 15 minutes (165*F minimum internal temperature)
*  Carefully cut one corner of the bag with scissors.
*  Empty contents into serving pan. 
The  product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.  Stir the 
product every half hour.   Product maybe refreshed with hot water.
