Bacalao Ala Biscaina (Fish Stew)Recipe

INGREDIENTS: |

Alaskan pollock, potatoes(cooked with salt, calcium chloride,
calcium disodium |
|
edta), water, onions, green peppers, tomato paste, red peppers,
cooking wine, olive oil and/or |
|
corn oil, modified corn starch, salt, dehydrated garlic, vinegar,
spices. |

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: |

DEFROST 24 HRS IN COOLER BEFORE MICROWAVING |

* Place unopened bag in microwave. |
|
* Heat on high temperature for 15 minutes (165*F minimum internal
temperature) |
|
* Carefully cut one corner of the bag with scissors. |
|
* Empty contents into serving pan. |
|
|
|
The product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above
140*F. Stir the |
|
product every half hour. Product maybe refreshed with hot water. |
