Filling: Chicken meat, water, wheat flour
(niacin, iron, thiamon, riboflavin, folic acid), rendered |

chicken fat, textured vegetable protein (soy flour), bread crumb
(see below), onions, salt, |
|
nonfat dry milk, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated parsley, spices. |

Breading: Bread crumbs [Enriched flour (flour,
iron, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), |
|
water, corn syrup, yeast, buttermilk, partially hydrogenated
shortening containing soybean |
|
and/or cottonseed oil, salt, dough conditioner (mono & diglycerides,
ethoxylated mono & |
|
diglycerides), vinegar, calcium propionate (preservative), malted
barley flour, yeast nutrient |
|
(ammonium sulfate) and potassium bromate] |
|
Batter: Water, enriched bleached wheat flour
(niacin, iron, thiamon, riboflavin, folic acid), corn |
|
starch, corn flour, salt. |

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Deep Fry Frozen |
| |
|
* Bring oil temperature to 325*F. |
|
* Place croquettes in frying rack (estimate amount of croquettes
according to size of rack) |
|
* Deep fry at 325* F for 3 minutes or until golden brown (minimum
internal temperature of 165*F). |
|
* Remove croquettes from frying rack and place in serving pan. |

After frying, the product must be kept in the hot case and
maintained above |
|
140*F. Product should be rotated every hour to avoid dryness. |
