Habichuela Negra (Black Bean Stew)Recipe

INGREDIENTS:              
water, black beans, green peppers. Onions. Salt, olive oil, corn oil, food starch, dehydrated garlic, wine,
vinegar, sugar, spices.
                   
                     
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:   
DEFROST 24 HRS IN COOLER BEFORE MICROWAVING
 
*   Place unopened bag in microwave. 
*   Heat on high temperature for 10 minutes (165*F minimum internal temperature)
*  Carefully cut one corner of the bag with scissors.
*  Empty contents into serving pan. 
                     
The  product should be kept in the hot case and maintained above 140*F.  Stir the 
product every half hour.   Product maybe refreshed with hot water.
